Six stones, three casts, one crucible. The first at the bench to show all five components casts True and takes it.

A heat is three casts. Everyone pays the stake into the crucible, then the bench casts together. After a cast you may take up to three stones back and cast them again.
True is all five components showing at once: Bearing, Fulcrum, Ashlar, Spark and Nut. The first seat to cast True takes the crucible.
Blanks lock. Raw stock stays where it lands. One Blank is harmless. Two and the heat is Quenched: four stones can't show five components. Three at any point is Slag: you're out, and you pay your stake again into the crucible.
The Strike. If two seats cast True on the same cast, each throws one stone. Highest component wins; a Blank loses outright; ties throw again.
Banked. If nobody casts True in three casts, the crucible is banked to the next heat and keeps growing.
The room's wagers are priced live from the stones each seat keeps and how many it casts again. The house keeps about a tenth on average. Patterns likelier than 3 in 5 aren't offered.
